CreatorTR only facilitates the communication and matching process of collaborations between the Creator and the Brand. Within this framework, the Platform:

• Is not a party to the contracts and agreements established between the parties,
• Is not responsible for the commercial, legal or financial relationships between the parties,
• Does not intervene in the determination of the collaboration terms (fee, delivery date, scope, etc.).

CreatorTR provides only an infrastructure that enables the parties to find and communicate with one another; the rights and obligations arising from the relationships between the parties are their own responsibility.

All content produced or shared through the Platform is the responsibility of the relevant Creator and Brand. CreatorTR:

• Provides no guarantee as to the accuracy, currency or legality of the content,
• Makes no commitment regarding compliance with brand guidelines, copyright rules or advertising policies,
• Is not responsible for the timely production, delivery or publication of the content.

The Creator and the Brand are personally responsible for content production and for any claims, demands, damages and disputes that may arise from the use of the content.

CreatorTR:

• Is not a party to the payment processes between the parties,
• Does not guarantee that payments will be made on time, in full or correctly,
• Does not assume the financial obligations of the Brand or Creator and cannot be held responsible for them.

Pricing, payment plan, payment method and all related financial terms are determined between the Brand and the Creator. CreatorTR is not responsible for matters such as payment delays, missing payments, withholding tax or tax obligations.

The information, content, statistics, profile data and user declarations on the Platform are the responsibility of the relevant users. CreatorTR:

• Does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information and documents provided by users,
• Cannot be held responsible for damages that may arise from sharing false, misleading or incomplete information,
• Is not obliged to verify the accuracy of metrics such as performance data, follower counts or engagement rates.

Users are themselves responsible for ensuring that all information they share on the Platform is lawful, accurate and current.

CreatorTR is not obliged to continuously and comprehensively monitor all user behavior on the Platform. Nevertheless, when an inappropriate situation is detected, it has the right to intervene where it deems necessary.

CreatorTR accepts no responsibility in the following cases:

• Inappropriate, insulting, discriminatory or unlawful content,
• Infringements of copyright, trademark, personality rights or privacy,
• Manipulation, fake engagement (bot followers, fake likes, etc.) and statistics fraud,
• Posts that harm brand value or reputation.

In all claims and disputes arising from such acts, legal and criminal responsibility belongs to the relevant user.

It is possible that the Platform may become inaccessible at times due to maintenance, updates, technical faults, internet infrastructure issues or force majeure. CreatorTR cannot be held responsible for:

• Server outages, connection problems or similar technical disruptions,
• Data losses, transaction errors or failed transactions occurring during interruptions,
• The temporary or permanent suspension of the service.

Users accept that no guarantee is given that access to the Platform’s services will be uninterrupted.

Links to third-party websites, advertising areas, social media accounts or other services on the Platform may be outside CreatorTR’s control.

• The content, services or policies in these links are not managed by CreatorTR,
• CreatorTR is not responsible for any security, privacy, content or service issues that may occur on third-party sites.

Users are advised to separately review the terms of use and privacy policies of the third-party sites to which they are directed.

All actions taken by users through the Platform (applications, messages, content shares, comments, offers and requests, etc.) are their own responsibility.

CreatorTR cannot be held responsible for:

• Damages arising from user errors (message to the wrong person, wrong brief, missing information, etc.),
• Disputes between users, breach of contract or communication problems,
• The failure to fulfil commitments users make to one another.

CreatorTR reserves the right to update, change or partially revise this Disclaimer at any time. Updates take effect the moment they are published on the Platform.

Users are responsible for regularly following the current text. Continued use of the Platform means that the updated disclaimer provisions are also accepted.
