CreatorTR Collaboration Terms

CreatorTR is a digital platform that brings brands and content creators together and facilitates collaboration processes. In this scope, CreatorTR:

• Matches brands with content creators,
• Facilitates brief delivery and communication,
• Organizes project workflows in a digital environment.

CreatorTR is not a party to any collaboration agreement and cannot be held liable for any financial, legal or operational obligations that may arise between the parties.

All collaborations are established directly between the Brand and the Creator. In this scope, the following elements are entirely within the parties’ own area of responsibility:

• Content production,
• Revision processes,
• Payment processes and agreements,
• Content usage rights and duration,
• Delivery dates,
• Contracts and commercial agreements.

CreatorTR only facilitates communication between the parties and plays a supporting role in carrying out the process.

The brief sent by the Brand to the Creator specifies the following:

• The format, type and theme of the content,
• The message or tone to be conveyed,
• Usage areas (e.g. social media, advertising campaign),
• Delivery dates and posting plan.

The Creator prepares the content in line with the brief and presents it to the Brand. Revision requests must be made within reasonable limits, and the parties should reach a solution through mutual communication.

CreatorTR is not a party to matters of content approval, number of revisions or content quality, and accepts no liability in these matters.

Payments to be made in return for the collaboration:

• Are made directly by the Brand to the Creator,
• CreatorTR is not involved in any stage of the payment process.

All terms regarding the fee, payment date and method are determined between the parties. CreatorTR cannot be held liable for payment delays, missing payments or disputes.

The usage right, duration and scope of the produced content are determined between the Brand and the Creator at the start of the collaboration. In this scope:

• The Creator may transfer the usage right of the content they produce to the Brand or grant time-limited permission,
• Separate explicit approval may be required for advertising or media use (e.g. Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.),
• CreatorTR is not a party to usage rights and copyright agreements.

The parties are obliged to keep confidential all information, content, commercial details and pricing information they obtain during the collaboration process. Sharing with third parties is prohibited.

CreatorTR processes user data only in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure Notice.

Disputes that may arise during the collaboration process should first be resolved between the Brand and the Creator.

If no resolution is reached, CreatorTR may only play a guiding role; however, it does not become a party to any legal process.

In all disputes arising from the contract between the parties, responsibility belongs to the parties.

CreatorTR has the right to suspend or permanently terminate a user account in the following cases:

• Sharing false or misleading information,
• Producing inappropriate or unlawful content,
• Behavior that would harm brand value,
• Infringement of copyrights,
• Use of fake engagement or bot activity.

CreatorTR reserves the right to update these Collaboration Terms at any time. The updated text takes effect the moment it is published on the Platform.
