Terms of Service and Conditions of Use

1. Parties and Definitions
The terms used in these Conditions of Use have the following meanings:
- Platform: The website, applications and service infrastructure belonging to CreatorTR.
- Creator: The natural person who applies as a content creator, influencer or UGC creator, or who uses the Platform for this purpose.
- Brand: The company, agency or commercial institution requesting a collaboration through CreatorTR.
- User: Any visitor, Creator or Brand accessing the Platform.
2. CreatorTR’s Role
CreatorTR is an intermediary platform that brings brands and content creators together. In this scope:
- It is not a direct party to the contract between the Creator and the Brand.
- It is not a direct party to the payment relationships between the parties.
- It is not responsible for the parties’ obligations towards each other or for any disputes that may arise.
The Platform provides an infrastructure that facilitates matching, communication and operational processes; it is not directly responsible for the legal and financial relationships between the parties.
3. Platform Access and Conditions of Use
All Users who use the Platform:
- Are deemed to have read and accepted these Conditions of Use and the other relevant policies/texts.
- Declare and undertake that the information they provide during registration is accurate, current and belongs to them.
- Are personally responsible for the confidentiality of their account information and for not sharing it with third parties.
Where it deems necessary, CreatorTR reserves the right to refuse, suspend or permanently delete a User account without being obliged to give any reason.
4. Creator Obligations
By using the Platform, the Creator accepts, declares and undertakes the following:
- That the content they produce belongs entirely to them or that they have obtained all necessary permissions,
- That they will not infringe the rights of third parties (copyright, trademark, personality, privacy, etc.),
- That they will comply with the rules on the use of copyright, music, visuals, logos and trademarks,
- That they will produce content of suitable quality and on time, in line with the brief received from the Brand,
- That they will not share false, misleading or untrue information on the Platform.
The Creator agrees to carry out the reasonable revisions requested by the brand, provided they remain within the scope of the brief.
In the event that false information, bot followers, artificial engagement, statistics manipulation or inappropriate content is detected, the Creator’s membership may be immediately suspended or terminated by CreatorTR.
5. Brand Obligations
In the transactions it carries out through the Platform, the Brand agrees to comply with the following obligations:
- To share the content brief requested from the Creator in a clear, understandable and written form,
- To make the payment agreed between the parties in full and on time after content delivery,
- To use the Creator’s personal data only for the purpose of the relevant collaboration and not to share it with third parties without permission,
- To act in accordance with the content usage rights (duration, channel, campaign scope, etc.).
CreatorTR is not responsible for the financial obligations of the Brand towards the Creator or for the payment process.
6. Content and Copyright
By default, the copyright of content produced by the Creator belongs to the Creator. For the Brand to be able to use the content in advertising, social media or commercial campaigns, it must separately reach an agreement with the Creator in writing or in a digital environment.
CreatorTR may use the content produced through the Platform:
- Only on a limited basis for the purpose of “sample work / case study” and Platform promotion,
- And in no way turns this use into an independent commercial sale or licensing activity.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform:
- Uploading fake, manipulated or misleading content,
- Using bot followers, fake engagement or similar methods,
- Sharing racist, sexist, discriminatory, insulting or violence-promoting content,
- Engaging in behavior that would harm the reputation of a Brand or Creator,
- Sharing the parties’ personal or commercial information with third parties without permission,
- Attempting viruses, spam, malicious software or similar attacks,
- Carrying out any kind of probing, reverse engineering or attack targeting the Platform’s infrastructure.
If such violations are detected, the User’s account may be immediately suspended or closed by CreatorTR; in addition, legal and criminal remedies may be pursued.
8. Payment Processes
Payments relating to collaborations and campaigns carried out through the Platform are made directly between the Creator and the Brand. CreatorTR:
- Is not a party to the payment processes.
- Is not responsible for the fees, commissions, taxes or other financial obligations between the parties.
The Platform provides only a referral and intermediation service to help the parties find and communicate with one another.
9. Service Changes and Interruptions
CreatorTR may make temporary or permanent changes to its services, or suspend the service, for the following reasons:
- Development, maintenance and update work,
- Technical faults and infrastructure issues,
- Security requirements or legal obligations.
The User accepts in advance such interruptions and changes that may occur in the Platform’s services and agrees not to claim compensation on these grounds.
10. Limitation of Liability
CreatorTR limits its liability to the maximum extent permitted by applicable legislation. In this scope, CreatorTR cannot be held liable for:
- Contractual or de facto disputes between the Creator and the Brand,
- The quality, accuracy or fitness for purpose of the content produced,
- Delays, missing payments or similar problems that may arise in the payment processes,
- The obligations the parties undertake towards each other and any breach of these obligations.
The Platform provides only an intermediation service and holds an independent position in the relationships between the parties.
11. Dispute Resolution
First, the parties agree to resolve disputes amicably through the Platform or direct communication. If no resolution is reached, the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Conditions of Use.
12. Right to Amend
CreatorTR reserves the right to update or revise these Conditions of Use at any time. Updates take effect from the date they are published on the Platform.
Users are responsible for keeping track of the current conditions. Continued use of the Platform means that the updated conditions are also accepted.
